Liverpool's food scene is top-notch! I hit up some fab local spots and the breakfast at the hotel featured tasty scrambled eggs that were a delight. Plus, the staff's friendliness was a standout, especially a lovely girl handling breakfast who really knew how to brighten the morning!
Had a bit of a hiccup with the internet—couldn’t connect to check emails. Plus, the cleaning crew was a tad loud outside our room in the morning. And don't get me started on how the bedding wasn’t made correctly. Overall, though, I felt more like staying again than ditching the place.

The staff member in charge of the breakfast service was incredibly friendly and worked tirelessly to keep everything replenished. The executive king room was spacious and very comfortable, making our stay pleasant.
Breakfast options were somewhat limited given the busy weekend.

Perfect spot for events!
Had a great time here after the Nitro Circus! The front desk crew was super friendly, and our room was spotless with comfy beds. The shower had plenty of hot water, and the breakfast was pretty good too. Kinda noisy in the halls, though, which made it hard to sleep at times.

Couples looking for a nice stay
I gotta say the staff here were genuinely kind like when I checked in and the girl at the desk chatted like we were old pals which was nice. Plus the morning breakfast service was super efficient and they kept everything hot and fresh for us, like they actually cared.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but it was decent enough for what we got.

During my business trip to Liverpool, I found the Comfort Inn to be a well-managed hotel with modern amenities. The staff, especially Rae, were exceptionally helpful and ensured my needs were met promptly. The room was tastefully decorated, quiet, and provided a comfortable work environment, allowing me to focus effectively. The breakfast included a variety of options, which helped start my day on a positive note.
Limited breakfast options on some days.

The large, comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep, while the lobby's ice water was a refreshing touch. Encountered an obstructed view from the second-floor room, which was disappointing, especially for a longer stay. Hair found on the clean linens wasn't acceptable either.

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the delicious waffles and cookies at breakfast! The kids loved exploring local attractions like the Bronx Zoo, which had so much to see. The staff were fantastic and always made sure we had everything we needed.
My kids wished the workout room had more family-friendly equipment. It would be great if there were additional games or activities for children to keep them entertained during our downtime.

Clean, comfy room with a nice mini fridge and microwave—a lifesaver for snacks! No complaints about the toiletries, and the overall vibe was cozy.
The entrance was like an obstacle course; I nearly auditioned for 'America's Funniest Home Videos' just trying to get in.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the Empire State Building and strolled across the Brooklyn Bridge. The staff was super friendly, and the hotel was really clean and comfy. Just a heads-up for future guests, the breakfast options were pretty basic but still a nice start to the day.
The tub didn't have a stopper, which was frustrating since some of us prefer baths over showers.
